Frequently Asked Questions
As we continue to bring you publicly available crime incident, sex offender registry and arrest information, we hope to begin changing attitudes and practices regarding you and your family's safety.
It's our mission at Busted! to help make crime awareness part of your everyday life in keeping yourself and family safe - just the same as locking your doors, arming your car, protecting your identity, etc. We realize you have many questions about our services and what you can do to stay aware, informed, and safe. Here are a few of the questions we get asked regularly and an option for you to contact us if you do not see your questions answered. At Busted!, we believe, you have the right to remain informed™.
If I can't afford to subscribe, can I still use your search service?
Absolutely! You will still be able to access the website at no charge, but you will be limited to three free searches per day.
What other services do you provide?
Besides the B! Informed Advantage™ subscription service, visitors can also take advantage of our Document Retrieval service. For a fraction of the cost of hiring a legal representative to access an Arrest Affidavit or Case Disposition, Busted! charges a nominal fee to provide this service. What after purchase support do you offer?
We take customer service very seriously. We have a fully staffed Customer Service Center to handle your questions, comments, service requests, etc. available from 9AM to 5PM EST M-F. Feel free to call 800-849-BUSTED (2878).
Why do you charge my account the entire subscription plan upfront?
Simple. To provide you with the best price possible! Credit card companies charge a significant fee each time a charge is processed. For example, if we charged the credit card account six individual times for the six month subscription, the rate would have to be greatly increased to account for the additional bank processing fees, so we pass the savings on to you with upfront billing!
Where do you get all your information from?
All content provided on the Busted! Grid is obtained from the public domain and accessible through the records reporting agency in the city, county or state from where the data was obtained. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information on the site, can not guarantee absolute accuracy of the records. The data may not reflect the status of current charges or convictions and all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Users shall not use the data to determine any individual's criminal or conviction record. To report an inaccuracy, contact BustedGrid.com or call us at 800-849-BUSTED (800-849-2878).
